Compensation types
When creating a project, you choose how collaborators are compensated:
- Portfolio building — collaborators gain work for their portfolio
- Unpaid — volunteer collaboration
- Paid — monetary compensation
- Revenue share — collaborators share in project revenue
Important
At Step One does not guarantee or manage compensation arrangements between users. Payment terms are agreed upon directly between the project owner and collaborators.
