Badge & Rewards Design Project
We’re looking for collaborators who can help design badge artwork, explore visual directions for future rewards, and contribute creative ideas for how achievement systems can feel more engaging for users. This is a relatively simple and focused project, making it a great way to get involved, contribute to a growing creative platform, and help shape part of the user experience. Ideal collaborators should have a strong eye for design, be comfortable creating small digital assets, and enjoy brainstorming rewarding visual systems for a creative community.
Build At Step One With Us
Too many creative ideas stall because the right people never find one another. At Step One is a new collaboration platform where creatives can turn ideas into structured projects, find people with complementary skills, collaborate, and build portfolios through real contributions. The foundation is live; now we need to build the active community and repeatable systems that will help it grow. We’re assembling a small remote team to welcome early members, seed meaningful projects, create useful content, form partnerships, test the experience, and help prioritize future improvements. We’ll manage this initiative inside At Step One, allowing the team to shape the platform through real use. We’re looking for dependable, constructive collaborators who care about creative work and want clear credit for helping build an emerging platform. The first phase will run for 12 weeks with flexible weekly participation and the possibility of continuing.
At Step One Open Challenge #01 — “The Door”
Welcome to At Step One Open Challenge #01: The Door. This is a simple, open-ended creative challenge for anyone who wants an excuse to make something. The prompt is: “A door appears where no door should be.” What that means is completely up to you. You might turn it into a story, illustration, photograph, short film, game concept, animation, song, cosplay idea, prop, 3D model, poster, or something we haven’t even thought of yet. You can take part on your own or use At Step One to connect with other creators and build something together. There’s no hard deadline, no single right interpretation, and no pressure to make something huge or perfect. The goal is simply to start. Use the prompt as a reason to experiment, try a new skill, meet someone creative, share an idea, or finish something you can add to your portfolio. If your concept grows into something bigger, you can always turn it into a full At Step One Project and keep building from there. Keep it fun. Keep it manageable. Make it yours.
